Basketball roster questions

With the season getting near, and LSU only having 4 players on the roster, what happens if the SEC doesn’t allow these players in limbo to play?
Also, why didn’t we get other players out of the portal? Was it that difficult for CWW to get depth to come to play? Is basketball NIL situation/recruiting more difficult?
First time really looking into the basketball situation since football is in full swing but it seems like an alarming situation all around.

Purportedly there may be a press conference tomorrow with Wade to discuss the upcoming season.

Wade can probably have a 4 man bench and still finish with a better record than McMahon...
