No one said you should quit, not sure where these assumptions are coming from, but I very rarely see you carry a conversation without getting personal with people, which does make you an obsessed fan, just not one that I would brag about or anything. It almost seems like you're the guy that cheers for us to lose just to prove your opinion.
I started as an LSU fan back when we had Ronnie Henderson and Randy Livingston, that's as early as I can remember, so I've seen the good, bad, and worse. My dad had me in the PMAC around 6-7 years old. 2-16 sucks but it's not worth crying over. I think we've got the best talent we've had in the last 7-8 years, easily. If we don't make the tournament, it's time to start over.

And as far as the qualifier of "paying players" is concerned, that argument is irrelevant now since doing so is not only "legal" now, but mandatory. If he's only good when he can pay players. Well...I guess now would be a good time to be a NC State fan.
Are there HCs in college basketball today who are better and have accomplished more than Wade? Absolutely. But none of those guys currently or previously coached LSU. So the fondness of Wade by most LSU basketball fans is not so much because he's the best HC in America. It's because he's the best HC LSU has had in decades

First time to post - I am really just diehard LSU sports fan. I pull for the Tigers....Has anyone heard any news about how practice is going. I am excited that it looks like we finally have a true PG with some size down low. I have been hunting for any news and you just can't find anything. You never know with basketball, maybe we hit lightning this year with our transfer class.
I was a huge Will Wade fan, but he is not here so I will pull for who we have and pray this is the year we get over the hump and back to the tournament.

Johnny Jones was on Dawkins alleged pay sheet twice for Jarrell Martin and Tim Quarterman and to my knowledge only one other poster has even acknowledged it so these people didn’t care about it until it was an excuse to push an agenda.
