A mean streak. SEC tough start has exposed him as a cupcake

Not just that but would allow him to play a bit more aggressive since O'Neal can come in at any moment to spill him if he picks up an extra foul or gets tired.

A paper towel will soak up that spell.

He mostly needs experience and practice time. He will be very good next year. If you listen to his interviews, he is a very intelligent, well spoken man and wants to learn more than you want him to. He will be okay and will make some important plays for us down the stretch.

I think he needs better foot work and he needs to stop chasing lost cause rebounds. I appreciate the effort, but I don’t know how many cheap fouls he’s picked up on the offense end trying to rebound with no shot at it. I’m ok with a foul on a defense rebound from time to time, especially if that rebound will lead to easy offense. But fouling 90 feet from your defensive basket is something he has to stop doing.

Tazmin works with him endlessly at practice on his post up offense and low post D. The kids just not physically are mentally mature enough right now. I’ve said before I speak with the kids often and ER is just a soft spoken laid back nice guy. He plays exactly that way. He is young by basketball years as far as not playing his entire life. I really see him being much better next year through shear hard work and want too. And he does want to be good. Until then the team will welcome Shareefs contributions and demand a little less from Reid.

Def needs off-season of strength coach. He is big kid but not very strong in upper body.
