“The throws weren’t very accurate, nor were they strong,” Mainieri said. “That was always my concern with Tyler. Of the three catchers, he has the third-best throwing arm strengthwise.”

He didn't throw anyone under the bus there.

PM doesn't really do the coach speak thing. He just told it how it is. Moore's throws were neither strong nor accurate and he was not born with a cannon.

They're big boys. They can handle the truth.
