i was suggesting robertson for leadoff....until he ran through that stop sign.

And then had an error. That game hurt his stock a lot... Hale is a wayyyyy better option at 2nd

Bregman is hitting .231 with runners in scoring position. Ouch.

Easy now, it was one game. There will be a game where Hale will look bad. It happens.

I'd be curious to know how many at bats that encompasses.

That graph is great. Great in the sense of very informative. Not great in the sense of Bregman, Sciv, and Chinea seriously struggling w/ RISP.

No surprise with Stevie.

God damn, how the hell is Scivicque hitting .316 but only .143 w/RISP when he isn't even an every day player?

So basically, he gets a hit unless there is a runner on 2nd or 3rd. Tough luck.

I never had high expectations for Sciv but always thought his batting avg looked inflated for some reason. I guess his avg w RISP explains why I thought that for some reason.

Would rather see Poche than Bouman.

that exactly the point. He is giving Poché the start because he wants him road tested before Vandy.

So is it fair to say that Stevenson is our best hitter at the moment?

5 hour bus ride, other team's facility, hitting first, different environment and surroundings in general. Good experience for a freshman no matter the competition.

The Aces of Evansville are beating Vandy 6-0 in the top of the 2nd inning.

I know I shouldn't be surprised but the threads that pop up after a baseball loss never cease to amaze me.
