McManus stole 2nd after reaching on an error in the 4th inning. Today was the first scrimmage he was allowed to run bases this spring.

With all the talk about our offense, and it’s well deserved, I can’t wait to see all of these arms

This may be a dumb question, but does it cost anything to watch the scrimmage from behind the home plate?

Also, are concessions open at all in these scrimmages?

I apologize for my ineptitudes.

Nice to see good days at the plate from Thompson and Jobert.

Looks like all of the pitchers had good days aside from Fowler.

All scrimmages are free for the public to attend. Gates open 15 minutes before first pitch. No coincessions are open but you can bring food and drink in with you. FYI, only the 1st base side family rest room is open during scrimmages.

Just one game but

quote:

DH Thompson 2-3 BB 2rbi
LF/DH Jobert 2-3 HR 2b 3rbi

If these 2 guys can do this consistently in the bottom half of the order, it might not be fair for opponents

Reyzelman 96mph 1IP 2K

96 in 50-something degree weather.

Dude might hit 100 in May.

So right now, are we looking at a weekend rotation of Reyzelman,Fontenot and Collins?

Which Soph. has the best chance to break into the weekend rotation...Money/Hellmers/Coleman/Edwards/Floyd? Is Lansville in the mix for the weekend or is he gonna be a mid-week guy? Whose leading for closer?

TIA!
