Notes:

Neal - that's what kind of upside he has offensively, and can hit HRs

Jobert - seems locked in as DH, at worst, against RHP

Money - velo down, needs to make the jump

Moffett - wild thing

Primeaux - could be battling Herring for LH weekend innings with Ack and Cooper

Jones - as said in another thread, he hits the ball really hard

Frey - I don't think he's out of the convo for meaningful at bats and/or innings

Hurd - he's going to be a dude, it's just going to take careful ramp up

Moffett seems like he is gonna be a project but. He has a lot of upside.

Agreed. I think the project will be completed sooner rather than later on Moffett. I could see Wes getting him ready quickly.

112 is insane, for those keeping score. Crews hit a ball 430, too.

Buckle your seatbelts.

Hurd going 5 innings in a scrimmage is encouraging

I wonder if Jones could handle himself behind the plate well enough to start him at catcher?

If not, then at least play him at dh some.

We’re gonna have a full top 25 type squad that won’t even play much . We have two whole teams that could host a regional

Maybe we could put jones in at dh and put jobert in left .
Kling or Stevenson would be backups if that happened though.

Stevenson needs to show something quick this year or he won’t play much
