We returned 19 key players bud, including pitchers Casan Evans, Gavin Guidry, and Zac Cowan, along with position players Steven Milam, Jake Brown, Derek Curiel, and Chris Stanfield.

silly voter polls are irrelevant, especially very early in the season with almost no data points.

The regular season SEC championship is determined by record, the SEC Tournament is determined on the field, and the National Championship is determined by a playoff.

Ignore all silly voter polls, which are a relic from decades ago.

But we lost Anderson and Eyanson, without whom we don’t come close to the national championship last year.

Do other pitchers step up or does the offense have more firepower to make up for diminished starting pitching? We don’t know that yet.

We returned less than 50% of our Runs, RBI’s, and innings pitched.

I couldn’t care less about baseball rankings this early in the season, but I also think the returning champs should be #1 until they’re beat(if they have a team coming back that’s comparable to others in the rankings).
