What happened? I walked out of the room and came back in when they said freeman had to go back to second and a run wasn't the be taken off the board. Didn't hear why though.

So, not that this matters anymore, but Szefc handles intentional walks better than Mike Matheny. Matheny likes to bring in a pitcher and have him intentionally walk the first guy, instead of letting the leaving pitcher do it. What kind of a mind frick is that on a pitcher?

They paint s running lane for a reason. If you aren't in the lane and a throw from the catcher hits you then it's an out, ball is dead and base runners return to their original base.
