Don't care what the previous hitter hit... Walker was throwing lollipops up there for past 2 innings that even I couldve put through a hole somewhere. Maneiri was playing with fire and everyone watching could see it except him. It was only a matter of time before someone rung him up.

He's out. Good throw, catcher does a good job blocking the plate and Duplantis missed the plate.

So, did Duplantis not know that the Ump had not made the call? Shouldn't that have tipped him off that the Ump thought he missed the plate? Why did he just stand there instead of trying to get back to the plate? The catcher was on the ground and he might have had a chance.
