I agree; there's no question that something needs to happen with Gibbs. We've waited too long, and surely we have a first baseman who can replace Ochinko

To do what? When he is hitting, that's a luxury, he's a great defensive catcher, its a position that you sacrifice offense if necessary.

uh, we could have a consistent luxury in Ochinko being the catcher for the time being. when he (Gibbs) gets it together, put him back in. He's just no hitting the ball well at all.

Ochinko is batting well like he is because he's not the everyday catcher.
