I want LSU to win as much as any fan here but they arent perfect and they are in a funk right now..
This team is not as bad as they are playing right now...they have lost confidence starting with the pitching staff.
I still think it was the wrong move putting Ott as a starter and I stand by that.
Its easier to downgrade the team than pull for them when they are losing..This reminds me of Bama fans when they were losing...its sickening.

Just wow. Every weekend it's something different, but this is one of the worst slumps I've ever seen.

Ross is pretty good. What he has going for him is that he throws lots of strikes. He has excellent command with his fastball, usually.
The guy who got the SHAFT this year is Paul Bertucinni. Someone ought to start an appreciation thread for him, maybe he will get some more innings.

Agreed...Bertuccini kept us ahead Friday...has spent most of the season getting to face one or two batters before getting pulled for Matty. He has been one of our most effective pitchers this year.
Gees, and now they have to go play Tulane Tuesday in New Orleans.

The coaching staff has absolutely got to go and sign some kids who will make it to campus. Between the seniors we will lose and the juniors who aren't going to want to return once they get drafted after the way this season is closing out, we need to sign a bunch of players.
