There's been lots of teaching on this and the umps have caught on... same with the old style of framing which was very wrist heavy. Now it's all about staying still and letting the ball work into the zone or meeting it while it's in the zone and holding it there. It's become alot tougher to do and fool umps but it's doable.

The old style of framing looks bad. Atleast shifting your body looks better than the stuff Romero is doing.
