At the moment Arkansas looks to be too much for the Tigers. Can this team stay in the top 30 after a sweep?

With the most recent past players having become a coach on PM's staff, why not make the starting lineup assistant coaches to?

Good teams keep their composure even after bad calls. We take on the personality of our coach and tighten up like a snare drum.

Every pitcher has a bounce back performance against LSU this season.

Romero is a Canni recruit,
Wrong. Romero played at Catholic High with Mainieri's son. PM told Romero to go to LSU-E and he'd watch Romero's progress.

Romero passed on offers from Northwestern State, Louisiana-Monroe and Nicholls State to keep alive his dream of playing at LSU.

He spoke to Mainieri during the process. LSU had four catchers on the roster for the 2014 season. Go to LSU-Eunice, the coach told him, and we’ll follow your progress.

LSU has won 1 game in Omaha in the last 8 years. That's not worthy of being the highest paid coaching staff in college baseball.

Safe or not, this team's hitting approach is not good. But, to be honest, the pitching approach isn't good either. Is that managing? Possibly. When I played, the hitting coach would talk to us after EVERY at bat to cover nuances and the report on the pitcher. My question is WHO is our scout for the upcoming pitcher? We are being out coached on multiple levels. Maybe not by much, but maybe our program has become "entitled". You have to KEEP working (see Geno Auriemma). Now... baseball is a game of steaks and teams go hot/cold, but the team I'm watching right now has no fire whatsoever. IF you have a laid back or less intense head coach you have to have someone who brings the fire in the assistants. Can't just be the players. SOMEONE needs to ask the players if THIS is how they want to be perceived. It should be OUR players going "we are better than them".

Just like when basketball was the recipe for other teams that were struggling to shoot and score.
