Twitter is saying that Moffit may be injured
Dunn went to talk & pulled him instead
Supposedly Ripoll got more than standard warmup pitches

Do y’all think this shite show is mental?
Hilliard gets lit up so Costello feels extra pressure & batters try to do too much & it snowballs from there or is it that they actually lack mechanics?
I'm sure some of it is mental, but I think a lot of it is the younger guys not being nearly as talented as we've been told. As much as people loooooooove saying "midweek games don't matter", they're still vs. subpar competition, often with their own midweek starter going. This should lead to positive results for the more talented team. Yet LSU's starting 9 has been shut down by a lot of them. And when we have scored runs in those games, how many times is it vs. the bullpen?
Out of 13 freshmen in the #1 recruiting class, 1 has been a solid contributor (Henry). Out of the 11 sophomores, you have Cabrera, Fontenot, and Hilliard who've contributed over the past 2 seasons.
Either the talent isn't really there or the coaching/development sucks.

I recognize no one is going to look happy about being down 13-0, but CPM looks incredibly sad.
Idk.
Come on Cabrera!

I am surprised he called that a strike.
Too close to take though.

Man I don’t want to pile on Paul but he looks like he would rather be anywhere but in that dugout

Not sure why I'm still watching, but a slam would be nice here.
