Actually, some teams pitch their ace on Saturday. LSU is pitching their's on Sunday.

Even the 5-0 lead with 3 inning to play I would bring him in. But a 8-0 lead in the 8th is questionable. We will have to wait and see when the weekend is over if it was the right or wrong decision.
I think Coleman can play the Bradford role. Actually what we need to do is find another starter and keep Coleman in the pen. I thought Matulis was earning his way to a Sunday start until the Tulane game on Wed.

I think the big question is the bottom of this inning- if Coleman comes in, he will not be a starting pitcher Sunday.
