Baseball Coaching Full Circle Re: Bianco

This board a year ago was so against Bianco and his history regarding CWS appearances and overall achievements he’s had at Ole Miss. Most would have been vindicated by his performance this year as they once again fell short of expectations and barely finished well enough to make post season.
This is when baseball becomes baseball and now Mike is two wins away from a National Title while we are stuck at home!
Not saying I would’ve been happy with his hire a year ago and also think Jay has us going in well in the right direction, we will be in Omaha soon enough. I am just pointing out to those who haven’t yet realized how unpredictable and crazy this sport is, figure it out!
EDIT: The point being the guy many didn’t want, who underperformed all season, may still win a Title. THATS BASEBALL.

Dont know why you would want a guy fired who can easily get ya to omaha with a breeze and has guided his team to the cws finals with a good chance to win it all

It’s not a fluky sport. Some of y’all try to act like it’s just a stroke of luck for a team to win. Ole Miss was stacked. They were supposed to be great all season long, but they underperformed for most of the regular season. They finally started playing to their potential in the post season.

I’d love to see him win a natty. He’s worked his arse off in Oxford since arriving, and he deserves a ring. He’s also a Tiger, and was ok with his son coming to play for a team he’d have to face every year.

Most LSU fans have no idea what they really want. I wasn’t jumping for joy for Bianco, but I didn’t hate him either.

On any given weekend, on any given game within the weekend, any at bat with in the game…yes, it is extremely unpredictable.
