Thinks LSU dropped the ball not making any offensive staff changes. Doesn't see why this upcoming season is any different than last season.

Thoughts?

Even if there is no improvement at all on offense, we should at least be better on defense and I don't see how we could get any worse on special teams. Of course, what record we have will be affected by how good our opponents are. There's no guarantee that Auburn and A&M will be the disasters they were this year, for example, and Wisconsin seems to be a significant step up from Syracuse as our marquee non-conference game, so even with a better team we could have the same record or worse.

A smart person would see the same trend. I know I see it.

Another 8-4 season?

We finished 9-3 last year, essentially 10-3 with the cancelled game.

Part of me wants to see us do well next year, but we ALL know if LSU goes 10-2 LSU won't make the playoffs, but Miles will stay and the next few years will be more 8-4,7-5,9-3 seasons.

This is one of the most retarded posts I've seen in awhile

If the season goes poorly we have a chance to find a better coach who can get us to a championships in future years.

And people call me a liar when I say there are retards on here that would rather see Miles lose than LSU win

Away games at Auburn and Florida is concerning. And, of course, obviously Alabama is a concern even though we play them at home. We've seen what a loss has done to this team the past couple of years. We get into a funk and practically fold the rest of the season.

8-4 isn't completely crazy. I hope we go undefeated or just 1-loss.

LSU is a woefully one-dimensional team that cannot pass.

It was a huge mistake to bring back Cam Cameron.

LSU does not have a qb.

LSU does not even bother to try to fix the problems.

There is no indication they will do anything different offensively than what they did last year.

What do you disagree with and why is this guy an idiot?

Barrett Sallee is a Gump troll. In addition to pumping 'Bama (and for good reason, obviously) part of the narrative is to dump on Miles and LSU. The notion that LSU has been,is, will be nothing without Saban is as vibrant as ever.

That is what a middle of the road secw teams record looks like. Not surprised.

A lot of teams on our schedule have gotten better over the last few years while LSU has stepped back considerably.

LSU has lost 2 of the last 3 to Ole Miss, 5 of the last 9 to Arkansas, 7 of the last 9 to bama, 1 of the last two to MSU, and with UF improving as much as they have that is not a Gimmie.

There are only two solid wins in the sec with aTm and MSU. All the others are crap shoots when considering our offense and how big of a beat down that some of those losses have been.

wow...talk about cherry picking. LSU has winning records against everyone of those schools not named bama the last 11 years.

you shite on literally every aspect of the LSU football program.

That's because you are crazy. The person you quoted, BY DEFINITION, appears to believe that for LSU to win MORE often, LSU needs to be rid of Miles.

Now, you may disagree with him, but that doesn't mean he prefers LSU lose unless you willfully read it so narrowly as to be retarded.

Now, personally, I would rather LSU win and have to eat crow myself. That said, if LSU goes 8-3 again next year while looking like this year, then yeah, I'd just as soon see them lose game 12 to get rid of that fricker. CAUSE I'D RATHER SEE LSU WIN MORE!

Apparently, in that situation, you'd rather defense Miles and see LSU lose more than necessary. So, one could easily argue that YOU support losing too. If one wanted to be retarded about it that is.

Instead, the reality is, both you AND the poster you responded to want to see LSU win as often as possible because you are BOTH LSU fans. You simply disagree as to what the best route to the most victories is.

IF an NFL RB has an 11 year yards per carry of 4.2 but a last 5 year yards per carry of 2.9, no one gives a frick about the prior 6 years.

Live with it.

i'll never root for LSU to lose. i'll support whoever is on the sidelines because i don't have the power to fire coaches.

false...he doesn't. he's probably one of those guys that never posts after a win but doubles his post count after every loss
