It was not coincidental. They were way sharper, better prepared, and more focused than they were tonight or any other time this year. They were flat out better.
Dont worry about trying to figure out the whole we beat Georgia thing. It's already been explained. We are bamas damn super bowl.

Also, they were peaking on their steroid cycle when they played LSU.

Bull. We shite the bed on offense two games in a row at home against Bama. There's no excuse for that watching other teams play against that same defense

This ridiculous narrative is disprove every damn time it comes up. LSU played scared as shite in that game with an awful game plan on offense. Bama knew exactly where Burrow was gonna be every time he dropped back and they just pinned their ears back and went after him. No imagination on offense whatsoever.

They have decimated our program by focusing on us. Saban knew we were his main threat and has targeted Louisiana to take talent and they prepare for us for two weeks every year.

Their two starting corners should be on the LSU roster (Smith and Surtain). One nickel (Carter) should be at LSU. One DE should be on the LSU roster (Buggs) One starting LB should be on the roster . One staring WR should be on the LSU roster.

Saban has successfully torn down what he has built at LSU.

Perhaps to our benefit, he will not set his crosshair on Texas A&M and Georgia.

They are the programs on the rise in the SEC. We are at best, stuck in place.

Saban only needs to design a team to beat LSU. If he does that he can beat anyone else.

I don't think that can be disputed by any reasonable college football fan who has watched Bama this season.

No, not their Super Bowl, not even close.
I will agree they are much better prepared. Every year we both have Halloween weekend off and play each other the next. And every year Saban just has his team better prepared, no matter if its O or Miles, coming off the bye. I would love to move this game just once where they are both just going into another week after playing someone the previous Sat. Seems like Bama is always jacked coming off the bye and we are always hung over and flat.

They do seem like they know exactly what we are going to do. Give Saban 2 weeks to prepare and he is tough to beat. Or maybe Saban wants to beat us, his old team, more than anyone else and circles the game on his schedule. Either way it doesn't matter, they own us.

It definitely looks that way every year. I used to think it was true, but then it occurred to me that everything we do semi-well plays right into their hands, and every weakness of ours is exploited by their strengths more than they do to most teams. We really just match up terribly and that isn’t going to change without a significant philosophy change on offense.

yep, they just dominated the shite out of us in the trenches.
WE gave them a hell of a game on defense though. I wouldn't say our players played scarred. Ensminger had no answers for our offense and was probably scarred to call certain plays and try to open up the passing game no doubt.

Coached scared on offense. It was disappointing after how good and aggressive the game plan vs UGA was.
