I have no faith.
Why?
The man, Les Miles, has proven he doesn't even know how many minutes are on the clock in crucial times in a game much less that they have a connection to a down, a series, a quarter, and therefore, a game and its outcome. He hasn't learned this fundamental and potentially game saving principle even in the many seasons he's been in charge of the wheel house of the LSU ship. To date, he hasn't even delegated the task to anyone. Impossible to believe, but the Ole Miss game confirmed it. We all saw it.
The man does not respect the clock.
And so, outside of an undefeated record, there is simply no defense for such a philosophy, if that is even what we call, this, his lack of clock management.
Is it not fundamental that a coach must have fidelity to the clock as a man must have to his wife in marriage, lest he be called a cheater, or lout, take your pick?
If LSU somehow beats Bama tomorrow, I will myself question the need to not discount the clock and not say another negative thing about Les for the next 12 months.

I don't believe you.
Have faith that our players are talented and that Les gets their best effort out of them in practice and in the game this weekend. Cheer for the players and for your school, you don't have to cheer for Les one single time. The belief isn't in the sure bet it's in the will to compete. This is as good as college football gets, you really should learn to enjoy it. We have a quarterback that can sling the rock and that is reason enough to have some confidence.
