Do any of you know what it really means to be a "true fan"? Obviously, most of you are too young to remember the days when LSU never made the top 25, rarely went to a prestigious bowl, or had coaches the likes of Dinuardo. We loved our Tigers no matter what. We enjoyed the game of football and never trashed "student athletes" who were far more qualified to play the game than we were as "fans". When you say things like "we are frickING PATHETIC on Offense" I want to know how you can be here on the board AND on the field at the same time. Are you playing for the offense?
Please, folks, get some perspective. Enjoy your team, be proud of your school and cheer your team on, no matter what. Otherwise, go be somebody else's fan.

That was in a different time in LSU football history.
We look pathetic on offense. There's no denying that.
I'm not proud of that. If you're proud of your school's football team with the showing on the field, you don't deserve to be a fan of this school.
