Baker’s Buyout of $6.3M = 8% of LA Tech + ULL Athletic Department Budgets

If Coach Lane decides to move on from Coach Baker, Governor Landry can help fund Coach Baker’s buyout by making LA Tech + ULL tighten up their Athletic Department belts ($80M combined annual budget) by 8% next year.
It is what would be best for the State and not impact anything that the Tigers need to do with their budgets next year.

Baker isn’t getting fired, lol. If he’s not here it’s because he left for a head coaching job.
