Who would even be candidates for this position?

According to Delly, LSU offered him a raise and he refused it
They were going to pay him what a position coach makes, in the 300 plus range.

what does the binder say to do when the author of said binder departs?

Pruitt won't last long at UT. AT may be back sooner than people think.

The only reason he didn’t come back sooner was Lyle being a massive fgt.
And Pruitt will likely last longer than Orgeron

with the NCAA giving teams another position coach,
LSU could have offered him position coach salary in the 400-500 range
I just don't see why LSU would let him go. You offer him enough to keep him

He wanted to go home and be under a real coach. He knows O won't be here for long, he's seen his abilities.

Wait I thought just a little bit ago nosy posters were calling bullshite in another thread about it.

Well at least it's because he just wanted to go home instead of LSU not trying to get him to stay due to pay or anything of that nature, that would be a lot worse. Can't fault the guy for just wanting to head back.

If he was offered a raise but still left I don't think there's much else to say. Bye.

I'm calling bs on this. Had he done the right thing and paid him what he's worth when all this started we probably wouldn't be here.
The guy wanted to go home, clown. It wasn’t a money issue apparently.
