I didn't respond to it because it had nothing to do with the CB situation.

You responded to it, but you just put your spin on it. I mean, you even quoted him saying that O prioritized a QB that was never going to come here over Goodrich.

LSU filled 22 of 25 spots. Basic math is your evidence you fricking moron.

You do realized that you evaluate someone based off what they’ve done. Of course you don’t realize that. You skip over it and whine about people bringing up facts against your homeboy Orgeron.

Opinions and Facts of Orgeron are based off evaluations. What has he done so far.
You don’t seem to handle that well. You whine, get defensive and call other people miserable. If I thought like you I would be miserable.

You think I am making excuses for LSU winning games? I was wondering what post you were responding to when I saw this and think it is very funny. Thanks for the laugh !!!

That really sucks. Goodrich is going to be a very good player. If he wants to commit you take him. Wasn't even that impressed with Foster.

More excuses. And more skipping over the actual points.

You are a big baby.
You think you’re something special, but you’re a fricking retard.
You’re no more of an LSU fan than anyone here.
You're a defensive little bitch who can’t handle the truth. That’s the funny part.

You’re almost finally right.
It’s not your threads that are all that bad. I like your copy and paste threads. Some of them are informative. It’s your attitude and excuses and where the threads end up that are fricking incredibly stupid.

I've said it before that I appreciate you and Mike and Cliff bringing a different view. But, just to play devil's advocate, people can easily just turn this around and say that a true LSU fan wants what's best for LSU. When O was hired, LSU was at least a top 10 job, with top ten talent and deserved a coach that was viewed as a top 10 option. Instead you guys are touting a guy that has been objectively ranked outside of the top FIFTY of current coaches. It's just something to think about my friend.

I don't pretend like I know more than these coaches, but it sure seems like the need was much greater at CB than it was at QB. I was really just piggy backing off of another post.

There’s no such thing as a true LSU fan or not.
There are LSU fans with different opinions. Some dumber than others.

We’re all LSU fans. Some are just delusional and fail to take off the goggles.
I guess you can lead the horse to the water, can’t make him drink it, right.

I know that we are all LSU fans because of how passionate these discussions get. I get tired of hearing the "you're not a real fan and you want LSU to lose" nonsense.

I believe the best news for all of us is that soon it will be kickoff time and we can all get behind the team. Hopefully these debates can slow a bit bc the team will be winning...I hope

I believe I heard on SC this past weekend that there are 14 more Saturdays until kickoff. I like the sound of that man.

Goodrich is a solid CB that had a lot of upside. It was worth taking him and Surtain (with us thinking he was going LSU at the time).

I don't think a lot of the recruitniks were very high on Foster. He was just the best of the remaining uncommitted QBs.

No I'm saying that when you have new coaches that you always have question marks. If you look at what they've done in the past, they've been successful. That's about all you can go off of. This is recent past and not ancient history. I'll say that I'm not sure how O, Steve E, or the ST coach will do but the majority of our coaches have great resumes.

I also think that O likes all these coaches and he's the HC so I'm good with it, until further notice. I just don't see all these coaching blunders that people have been saying we've had? I think Steve E wants to do things similar to what O does and that's call plays that has the defense guessing. Instead of calling plays out of percentages like many OCs do. I think there's a time when you have to kinda go against the grain and a good OC can see those times during a game.

What I saw last year was a very young team that didn't have much help behind them. Once we have a full roster I think you can judge this staff accordingly. Right now they're playing with a half deck. We have more depth but it's still not where you would like it to be. I just wished people would admit this truth and give these guys some time.

I think we now have the depth to beat most teams. Troy wouldn't come into Tiger stadium and beat this team again. This team will be a solid team and could possibly be one of the better SEC teams depending on how they progress. The addition of Burrow IMO was huge. We'll see soon how things go.

Amen to that.

Let’s put the excuses away until then. Not going to openly bash Eddy, unless I hear excuses for his resumè so far.

He can easily silence the critics...just win and don’t embarrass the program anymore.

All of that's fair and I somewhat agree. I'm still holding reservation on the coaching hires, but I'm not saying they were bad hires. I just disagree when people say we know for sure it's going to work out.

I would only disagree with you about the talent. The team had top 10 talent last year and those players are more experienced this year, so in my mind the the talent is there.
