It sounds like he may have been third string cause of this medical issue he has going on but who knows

Maybe the injury wasn't known and it held him back but he went through fall practice and Harsin said he thought about playing him against Penn St.

He saw that offensive line and googled how to break his arm.

No such thing as a medical redshirt. He redshirted in 2019.

If he wants to he can petition the NCAA for another season of eligibility.

But considering he already redshirted and Covid year didn't impact eligibility I don't see the NCAA handing out extra years like candy.

Or why he would want to play SEVEN years in college.

Finley is the worst QB I have seen with that much God given talent.
Truly sad to see because he’s horrible but extremely gifted.

Remember after the South Carolina game in 2020, he was the next Jamarcus Russell lol.

UT 98 is at least in the conversation with them. Their Syracuse and Arkansas wins and getting to play FSU without their starting QB for the title were all pretty lucky too.

Yes I do. It only went downhill fast after that.

Auburn must have sold its soul for that Cam Newton season and the devil is here to collect.

From NC, we say the same about NC State, for their basketball title in 1983. It's been almost 40 years for them now.

ETA: They literally scored 24 points. In a basketball game. If that's not a curse, then what is?

"Harsin said he thought about playing him against Penn St."

Harsin should have thought about playing SOMEBODY against Penn St. because it looked like NO ONE on the team played.

what would you expect from a school who can't beside if they are Tigers,Plainsmen or War Eagles.

They have been multipersonal for a while and need to be on medication.

I heard an insane stat that in their entire existence, they have only won at least 10 games back to back once. It's crazy how they have never been consistent for a program of that level.

This identity crisis fits them so damn well.

Also, they suck complete dick at producing WRs. Even if Finley was bad, at least he'd be able to do something with one decent WR.

Yeah “medical redshirt” I’m sure strings were pulled. It’s unreal how selfish QBs are these days.

Similar to Nussmier refusing to burn his redshirt and play in the bowl game. Knew he wasn’t the guy right then and there. Kelly knew it too.

And they still didn’t close the deal and win the Natty that year. Would’ve made 8-straight for the SEC, and Aubie screwed it up.
