You gave the fricking hypothetical and I answered it. I'm sorry you don't like the answer.

What is wrong with you? You didn't answer, you gave an answer containing a less defined, yet different hypothetical.

You were trying to make a point about a team being disappointed in a win and used a game where Bama was up by multiple scores until :17 left in the game as an example. Next time you can use an example that actually makes sense and I won't have to be a dick.

A team being disappointed in a win? Now I know why we are arguing, you simply aren't reading my posts.

My guess is you will be a dick to anyone you disagree with, so I will just try and avoid wasting my time in the future.

'm saying that throwing the ball 4 times in the 4th quarter

I'll also just point out that we threw the ball 16 times. So 4 in one quarter is, well a quarter of the passes. So I don't think it speaks any more volumes than the first 3 quarters, and suggests we had a consistent game plan.

I'm sorry you don't like Etling or coach O, but you are going to have to deal with it.

That's why they have to run the ball effectively. Have to block #5 Nick Coe as he's their anchor. If they can get 4 yards a pop the PA game comes open.

I think you have Nick Coe and Derrick Brown confused. Nick Coe is #91, the "backup" DE (snapcount near starter status). While he has played at an extremely high level, he probably is not Auburn's "anchor"

Your description of #5 + "anchor" better describes DT #5 Derrick Brown who is Auburn's best DT

Their secondary is absolute garbage

LSU WRs may have the talent to beat Auburn's secondary, but there isn't much evidence to support this statement

whats with all the insults? I think I've been plenty respectful where is this coming from?

I'm sick of fans making excuses for Orgeron, his staff and this team. A 1 point win over a really shitty Florida team is now "good enough"?

People need to hold the men, all of them, making millions of dollars a year accountable for what they are producing in return for that amount of money.

Ok, now we are getting somewhere. Look, I don't personally care about ogeron, I don't see him here long term. Let's get that out the way. When I say this TEAM improved, I'm talking about everyone, mostly the players. It was great to see them not just lay down and die. Does it reflect on O? Sure, but there are a lot more people than O making those wheels turn

So there is no reason to cut down our players, and to get crazy diminishing UF to the likes of Troy. I don't really want O to be the coach, but I will never try and take away what was a good win. Beating UF is always a good thing

Please don't equate positivity to "support" for the coach. I know the teams success will equal his, but try and seperate them

Eta: I expect LSU to be good regardless of who the coach is, so beating out rivals will always be a big deal to me

They've played two teams worth their weight so far this season in Clemson and Moo St. Clemson shut down their offense and sacked Stidham a million times and State seppuku'd themselves at Jerden Hair.

They have some nice defensive linemen. Their LBs tackle well. They have a nice RB. Their OL is above average. Their QB has a nice arm.

But they're not anywhere near as good as they want you to believe. Their QB panics when his first read isn't there. Their OL average against a DL with a pulse. Their receiving corps is nothing special. Their RB, Kerryon Johnson, is nice but needs gaping holes to get anything going.

Their DL has some studs in Derrick Brown, Marlon Davidson, and Jeff Holland and they'll make a lot of plays but they can be neutralized if you force them to read instead of attack.

Their LB corps tackles well but there's no Devin White or Kendell Beckwith in the group. They've looked so good thus far because their DL has been dominating inferior opponents.

Their secondary is absolute garbage and LSU has the receiver talent to beat them over the top consistently. Getting the ball to the good guys is a different question though. Auburn crowds 5-10 yards beyond the LOS to shut down the short routes and trusts their DL to pressure the QB.

The bottom line is that this Auburn team is good but not great. Their biggest advantage is their DL over the LSU OL and I expect Canada to use a lot of misdirection in attempts to get their front out of position. All of LSU's ball carriers will need to lower their heads and grind for yards in this one as they'll be selling out to stop the run. Guice and Williams will need to be battering rams.

The LSU defense should be okay as long as they fit well and tackle early. When Kerryon Johnson gets going it's hard to stop him and you'll see what you saw with Florida's Malik Davis. Stidham isn't anything special and if DBU can shut down his primary reads it'll be a long day for him.

I expect a close game that can go either way. There's no way in hell Auburn is going to blow out LSU at home. This is a completely different team than the one we saw the first five weeks. Leaders have stepped up and our guys are playing with their balls out now. We need to show up early and loud and stay for 4 quarters. Auburn is a first half team and if they don't get the ball rolling early they will fold.
Quoted and saved.

any time we can go into the swamp and beat Fla, it is a good win.
specially after MSU and Troy.
while the playing may not have impressed you, the physicality should have.

They did not quit. Proud of them.
Any one who can not take that as a plus is simply stuck on negativity

They held the defending national champs to 14 bro!
They beat the HELL out of a team that beat the HELL at of us!!

Auburn is better than us, but if they play sloppy , give us a few turnovers, and our passing games clicks Sure we can win.
