Why? It being a “needle mover” position has absolutely nothing to do with how great he is at what he does. You think that someone who isn’t skilled at what they do is a better player than him because he isn’t in a “needle mover” position? Pretty dumb take

The rule was weird. All it said was a tee can’t be used on a safety kick. But it can be drop-kicked on a kickoff.
