At what point does LSU tell Florida and the SEC to fish or cut bait?

This isn't a Region 6 game in 4A. We can't just hop on a bus and go for a 45 minute drive and stretch for 20 minutes.

So...what exactly could LSU use as an ultimatum? Threaten to cancel the game?

LSU should definitely NOT agree to move the game to November 19.

LSU can't dictate to Florida or the SEC about what to do with their home game.

This.....

But the SEC SHOULD dictate to Florida that something should be done. Or moved.

Why Sanky hasnt made a public comment or at least talked to florida is beyond me.

Could darn sure say they can shove an 11:00 kickoff Saturday where the sun don't shine.

Alleva can tell them that he isn't sending the team to Florida as a safety measure.

He did. He was on Finebaum's show late yesterday afternoon and said not much of anything other than that they were communicating and watching the weather pretty much.

Alleva has to show balls, I'm not sure why but it's really important. So cancel the game and we sit at 2-3 and 1-2, not ideal but if Alleva shows balls totally worth it. The key is showing balls not our record.

If they refuse to budge, LSU shouldn't say a word and just never get on the plane.

Agree LSU better not allow this to happen. We don't need that 4 game stretch.

And what leverage do you think LSU has considering that this is not their home game?

Tennessee told LSU/SEC in '05 they weren't coming that Saturday. Game was on Monday.

.

Agree. Play by Monday or they forfeit. That is the ONLY option I would give them

I think LSU goes along with UF/the SEC until LSU feels it isn't safe for the fans and players. Then you make a public statement that Ben Hill is deemed unsafe and we'll play anywhere it is safe but not there.
