Think how many programs are sitting on the outside of the “super conference” alignment and knowing that the game they love is moving forward without them. Be thankful we are part of it whatever it ins up being we are gonna be able compete and play at the top.

LSU is CFB. CFB is LSU. It will always be like that thankfully.

Very true.

At this rate I’m all for CFB going more of a nfl route with the amount of competitive teams and scheduling. Also getting rid of bowls for the most part and expanding playoffs similar to NFL. I’m tired of being pissed off losing the first game of the year and knowing that you’re already regulated to a toilet bowl.

LSU is church mouse poor.
Its alumni once had silly-big oil money, but most of that has gone away, unless Mr. Putin keeps invading countries long enough to keep prices high and allow them a come back.
Our donors are generous, but the salad days are gone.

lefty talking point. Inflation started before Putin invaded Ukraine. Biden cancelled the Keystone Pipeline and blocked oil and gas leases on federal land and offshore. Don't fall for the phony "Putin" excuse.

Those Biden actions were the biggest drivers.

How long ago was this? You play in the SEC with a strong out of conference schedule you hv a great shot at playoffs. I hate where we are headed. It is what made college football so special at least one of the things. It is no longer college football it pro football . No longer will most of the best in school talent go to their beloved state colleges for the love, passion and history but to the highest bidder. And if they don’t get to play at first or another coach or school offer more they are gone.
College football has forever been changed only in a very bad way. IMO

I'm not a Biden proponent, but the XL pipeline would be less than 50% complete today and have no material current effect, that is a non-starter.

Its pretty funny when someone tries to use "righty" talking points to refute "lefty" talking points. Either use talking points that are based on actual facts let or the adults do the talking.

Please advise where this money is.
LSU will be thrilled to learn about their riches.
The endowment is embarrassment. the SEC writes big checks, but those are eaten by huge Athletic Dept expenses, including coaches salaries which are at the very top of college athletics.
The money to throw weight around in the NIL context, is very limited outside of Gordon.
The University has been struggling for cash since Jindal.

Canada is still pumping the oil. Shipping on Warren Buffet’s railroad. A big time democrat supporter. If Biden is moving his lips he is lying. Today in Europe he blamed the Supreme Court for our inflation. No joke

We're paying the women's basketball coach 3MM per year. Kelly 10 MM. Think we'll be ok.
