He’s been getting a lot of of love lately it looks like he’s another one of those 3 stars that was overlooked coming out

Not necessarily overlooked but isnt this his sixth year? I just mean he’s no where near who he was six years ago

I take it as a bad thing initially. Means some we have huge expectations for aren't living up to their billing. Could easily be that's he's just that good but practice reports hint more to others underachieving.

It's probably both. Stamps was way underrated in recruiting. Nobody had him on their radar until he dominated an LSU camp full of blue chips. When that happens they always turn into studs.

Or it means once again that frank Wilson is a better evaluator of talent than these recruiting nerds

Just as you can set your watch to some high star being a total bust, you can also set it to some three star nobody knows about turning into a star

Yep, guys like Mo Claiborne, Tyrann, Jalen Mills, Ron Brooks all over played their star ranking and were dudes at LSU.
