You realize tOSU beat them in the Rose the year before. Heyward would have wrecked shop with OU's line ala Fairley

Georgia, Florida, and Tenn, were all down. LSU had passing woes and AUBURN was lucky. Bama lost too many key players.

To go undefeated in SEC play demands some
luck.

Yes I know tOSU beat Te ducks the Year before. I'm trying to be nice since we lost to Penn state that year in the slopfest

Don't aim too high. All 350 total yards offense is scaring me.

75 yards rushing against a team that wasn't even in the Top 50 defenses as measured by Total Defense by the end of the year.

(They were #60 in that department)

The #1 scoring offense in America put up 19 points against the #53 scoring defense in America.

You guys went up against the 8th ranked defense in the SEC & scored less against them-with the #1 offense in freaking America-than LSU did with the 90th ranked offense in America.

Do me a favor, & have a nice glass of shut the frick up.

You have to understand the game. LSU vs AU has decided the Sec west champ more often than now the last decade.

And their refs cheat.

449 yards of total offense against them, & you threw up 19 points.

Reminiscent of Rommel in North Africa, I tell you.

Much like your takes here, your offense in the National Title game, against an incredibly average defense, epitomized a line from Hamlet:

"Told by an idiot. Full of sound & Fury; Signifying nothing"

You realize 19 is greater than 17. 440 represents what?

Bison, we've been through this SO many times with so many OOC school fans that come here looking for validation, demanding respect, trying to fit their frame of reference into big time SEC football, comparing their respectable achievements and novelty offenses against our crystal balls and wrecking ball OOC results.

Just hold your fire until August and pray through the Summer.

Cam newton was on the level on tebow, vick, young. Do you want to argue that Darron Thomas is as well? We can win that....

How about lmj? Bout the same as a Noel devine. Great player and all but uhhhhhhmmmm... Yeah.

When is the last time Oregon lost an opening game? Oh yeah BOISE away from home 2 years ago. Rofl. Boise.

How bout us? Might need to go back a while.

Les Miles has the stupidest plays ever mapped out, right now. Andd they will work! Why? Because We. Eat. Grass.

My b. You're correct. I wasn't counting the 2 point conversion or the FG. I was checking your drive charts on the Box Score online.

449 is the amount of total yards you ran up on their bullshite defense.

Yet your sorry arse OL still gave up a Safety, and "powered" its way to 75 yards rushing.

Darron Thomas shredded the AU Defense for 363 yards & both TD's you scored, if I'm not mistaken (again). Yet you only put up 19 points all night.

All that yardage, & you didn't get the job done.

Our offense was far, far crummier, & yet we played just as competitive a game as you all did.

You're like the geek in the Math Club trying to talk shite to the Geek in the Band. We both lost to them, & you guys had way less of a reason to do so than we did.

We'll see how you fare in Dallas. You could very well win, because I have my doubts about Chavis against a Spread Offense, and our offense has its question marks, as well.

But, don't act like anything you proved last year by scoring 47 points per game, or even throwing up 449 against Auburn in the NCG proves anything this year.

You winged it all over the field, and couldn't muster more than two TD's & a FG against them. Don't look now, but we did the same thing.

Dallas won't have a slippery field that disadvantaged us more than it did Auburn. James will be back to 100%. You didn't really get the full flavor of Oregon's speed in last years NC. It still may not be enough, but we won't look the same and you will have some real "Oh shite" moments when James finds a crease and accelerates. This is going to be one fun game. I'll be back if you win, to give congrats, but can I come back and get props if we win?

Excuses are for losers. Wait...

James will be back to 100%

See rebuttal #1. Oh BTW, he caught both of your TD passes in the game. But I guess he was 100% as a receiver. Not as a rusher.

Also, you toted the rock 32 times in the game, & finished with 75 yards. You averaged-AVERAGED-2.3 yards per carry. That's not just LaMichael James, Chef Broyardee.

I'll give the opponent their due anytime they best us on the field.

But, your post is riddled with some serious excuse-making. You took it up the tailpipe. You racked up yardage and simply could not score points. Period.
