As much as I dislike the fact Ed O is our HC, I don't think he will shite the bed this year

All the analysts predicting a 6-6 and 7-5 season are assuming we will lose every big game and lose to every team we should. All of us know that is not how college football works. Is it possible? Sure. But it is not likely. I expect we will win at least two games we are not expected to, whether it be Miami, at Florida, Georgia, at A&M, who knows.
Ed has his deserved criticism, but believe it or not, I trust him and Ensminger more than I ever would trust Les and Cam to run a competent offense today at LSU. I have no clue what will happen this year, and if things go south, I will be one of the first aboard the firing of Special Ed and Alleva. But until then, I am going to enjoy college football and give them a chance to prove some people wrong.
Someone will inevitably complain about my topic, but it's better than half the crap I've seen posted this week. We need the season to hurry up and get here already because this offseason has been pretty brutal and unexciting minus Burrow.

I honestly don't think we do either. I think they go 8-4. I also think the take down two top 10 ranked teams at home - State & UGA.
I really wish they would make a run though. Next year could be good but we could have a mass exodus on d to the draft if they're as good as we think they are.

Went to the Troy game.. that was enough for me. Getting blown out by Mississippi state a couple weeks before that was a good too
