Imagine Miss St without their Friday and Saturday guy and no Ace Reese. They had those dudes and still gave up 8 runs while LSU had no Jake Brown.

They didn’t have their Friday guy

LSU and Skip Bertman elevated college baseball bigtime.....most all major conferences have invested in baseball and it shows,,,,

And the SEC is brutal, period! Tough conference, best in USA.

Wow really? We haven’t always been an average SEC team SOMETIMES?

I'm okay with being an average SEC team some years.

We're not average this year. There are 9 teams that are 12-9, 9-12, or somewhere in between. 4 are 11-10, 3 are 10-11. That's "average SEC team".

We're 6-15 and could possibly finish last, which is incredible with Mizzou being in the conference (and South Carolina having already fired their coach).

Nah. Well their budget was not greater than LSU’s regardless of what they paid. Take that to the bank, brother. It never will be.
