I'm no legal expert but this is the case Skyy Clark is involved in, so he should be good to go once again

Till the ncaa appeals this…whenever that happens

How does this shite even have time to go through an appeals court with the season starting so soon? What a mess.

Yea. The good thing though is that they already appealed the TRO, and that was granted, but then this happened and the injunction was approved. I'm sure this too can be appealed but it's a good step in right direction. I mean if the TRO was overruled, but THEN they grant this, I would presume some kind of new information has come to light that benefits Clark and the others
Eta
Judge can you confirm if this part is accurate? Like if they overruled the TRO for the ncaa a couple weeks ago, for them to now grant this PI, something swayed the judge/panel?

Temporary injunctions are ordinarily immediately appealable. But you are right. No way this wraps in six weeks.

According to some reports, this means UK linebacker Alex Afari is available for the Wildcats against Oklahoma this weekend.

Pretty much the same thing with chambliss....fike injunction...allowed to play until appeal is heard...which will be after the season.

This mean if he loses the appeal Ole Miss will have to forfeit all the wins this year? I joke, but

I am sick of this. when can we have some damn clarity

The problem we have is your friend Sankey is saying even if nCAA says they are eligible the SEC rule passed after the fact says they are not.
