I would no longer support the LSU baseball program if Casey is hired.

Regardless of anything, Casey makes absolutely no sense based on how Woodward operates. I don't think there is anyway Casey is seriously being considered for this job.

Pat Casey is 1 year younger than Maineri, has zero ties to this region for recruiting, is a West coast guy thats gonna try to mesh with cajuns, has been retired for 3 years....bc he got burned out at Oregon St of all places....
Theres a plethora of reasons why this is eye brow raising....not just the sheltering of a pedophile that pleaded guilty......

Plot twist:
Casey was forced to play him by OSU admins due to potential law suits from the Heimlich family. Casey didn’t agree with the admin so he “retired” on his own.
I don’t know that it went down like that. But we don’t know what happened behind the scenes.
