big coaching advantage for LSU

I'm a big fan of Les Miles. I really like him. But overall, UF has a better coaching staff. I don't even think it's close. I don't say this to dig on LSU. But let's face it - UF's last staff lost to Ga Southern or Ga State or whatever they're called, and I don't think they completed one pass. They lost to Vandy. That staff lost to Mizz last year at the Swamp, by like 40 points, yet held Mizz to 130 yards or so of offense. It's hard to imagine how that happens until you watch it and then look over at Muschamp. That staff set a standard for underachievement that idiots like Butch Jones can't even sink down to.
The new staff - is undefeated and ranked in the top 10. You can't make that type of transition with some typical coaching staff.
LSU's offense is improved over the past few years but almost all of that improvement is due to Fournette, who's awesome. The OC? Not much of a benefit.
UF's offense was an embarrassment under Muschamp. And the guy that got blamed for a lot of it, the former QB Driskel, is now doing quite well at another school. As mind numbingly stupid as the Vols play calling was on their last possession at UF, that was what UF did on virtually every possession. UF literally depended on defenses to screw up in order to get first downs. Now, with McElwain and Nuss, UF's offense looks like it knows what down it is, how many yards are needed, we Gator fans are not bombarded with pictures of our linemen blocking one another, and so forth.

The new staff at UF is very, very good.

LMAO. You know how people say they stopped reading here? I know most post that, but don't really stop reading. I honest to god stopped reading here. Your staff has accomplished nothing yet.....NOTHING. You won one game so far....against Ole Miss.....ONE...and the jury is still very much still out on them. Compared to a coach that has won for 11 years straight and won numerous West and SEC championships, and played for two NC's....winning one, while winning over 80% of his games.....and given this, you say it's not even close......GOOD GOD.

Typical vol. They are like that kid that can't win a fight in school, but they have a friend who is tough. They stand behind them and start talking smack, and expect their buddy to back them up.

11 in a row bud.

Ole Miss got fortunate with Alabama that they shite the bed and turned it over 5 times.......they were neck and neck with Vanderbilt late in the game, and Florida blew them out. Mississippi State will be 5-2 this weekend, and LSU beat them on the road. Auburn is now 4-2, and LSU destroyed them. Ole Miss, in all honesty, could finish well down the rankings in the SEC W.....watch. You scored 14 offensive points against Missouri WITH your QB....and Butch JOnes gifted you a win as well....Hell, Auburn just went on the road and beat the team you struggled with. I don't use transitive property...I'm simply pointing out that you had one good game....and now you guys think you are legit. Deep down, you know that you don't have the overall talent yet after boom fkd y'all......and come Saturday....it won't just be deep down....BUT...I fully expect you will have a good shot at winning the pathetic East.

Some say T Harris isn't that good... Ill say he is not that bad..Not even his best highlights as a true freshman last year... but he has gotten much much better under "the trashiest coach in the SEC" as some of you would say

Yet your entire argument to support that is based on how bad the previous staff was. LSU fans can relate. When Gerry DiNardo got here, we could point to many examples of how much better DiNardo (and his staff) was than Curley Hallman (and his staff). But that didn't really mean DiNardo's staff was all that great, did it?

LSU is going to run the frick over their front six with a thin linebacking corps over 4 quarters. Florida will not be able to sustain scoring drives. This is a bad matchup for the Gators, and it is actually funny how even some analysts are not seeing it.

LSU will run the ball well. Florida will not.
