Speak for yourself. There’s few things I enjoy more in sports than Ben McDonald sharing his knowledge of the game.

He also was a member of the Olympic team that won Gold. I think it was the same team with Ben McDlonald.

Gregg Olson was a thirteen-year MLB veteran.

I think he’s got the right to say he’s a “former pitcher” about as many times as he wants.

I've been a dad for 12 years. I think people would get annoyed if I opened that many sentences with "as a dad". It's not necessary, no matter your qualifications to say you are whatever you are/were.

Of course he has the right to, but as a current commentator, he shouldn’t.

I’d rather Bo or Frank Thomas as the analyst.

Bo Jackson speaks like Charles Barkley swings a golf club.

The delivery is the difference. Ben has an unassuming way about him. He doesn’t come across as know it all who needs to constantly tell you who he is.

The announcers were terrible last night. Listening to guys like that and the atm broadcast team highlights how professional Ben and Chris Blair are. Hell even Lynn Rollins and Rantz don’t go out of their way to minimize the other teams success like those guys last night
