Wait, so this security guard tried to arrest LSU players for smoking victory cigars after winning a national championship and is now pressing charges against Odell Beckham Jr. for spanking him in said locker room?

This is the type of stuff I can't stand about Louisiana.
If he was going to arrest him for it then he should have done it on the spot.
He didn't have enough of a problem with it during the moment, then it should go. I realize he isn't the one who issued it, but shouldn't he have a say?

I'm sure he was asked if he'd like to press charges or if they should go after him.
He 100% could've said "it was all in good fun and I am not upset about it" and they would not have issued an arrest warrant.
