Jerry Jones and Jimmy Johnson were teammates at the University of Arkansas and were part of the 1964 national championship team. However, Barry Switzer was a coach for the freshman team at the time and not a teammate.

One of the greatest upsets in the history of LSU football was the 1966 Cotton Bowl.

LSU was 7-3 and R-Kansas had won 22 straight(?). The sportswriters had a field day with predictions of a Hog murder....well the rest is history!
