I always love when people think I have a certain viewpoint because of a place I lived once, especially when they are too dense to see where I live now. Anyway, "Equality" is not a bad thing. If it were a "#BLM" I would understand the frustration.

What does “equality” have to do with black or white? Your comment shows you’ve missed the point completely. America is and has always been run by white people. But I’ll humor you, in what ways haven’t white people been treated equally? If that’s truly the case and they’ve been treated unfair then equality is something that shouldn’t be “political” and maybe it should become a problem for all Americans and not just a “person of color” problem.

Had this stuff been promoted last year without any "social justice" it wouldn't seem like a reach but it is. These programs don't care and this is 100% politically motivated. Nothing to do with actual equality. It's nothing more than virtue signaling.

check history, this is not the white man country, as usual, white travel to a new country and steal form the Native American's . If you feel that you need to be in a all white city, state or country, then go to Russia or Germany. we were all born here whether you like or not. THen the SJWs will continue pushing and then you'll have sports infected with more and more social/political messages forever. And most sports fans don't want that.
Where does it end? Or does it ever end? And who gets to decide what messages are "appropriate" and which aren't? Can we put an "abortion is wrong" slogan on a football field? What about "build the wall"? Or "balance the budget"?
You see, it's dangerous to even start this kind of stuff, because now there will be pressure for it to continue next year, and who gets to decide what messages get advanced.
We're bombarded with social/political messages at every turn. We just want sports. Real simple.

For instance, there are local and state leaders restricitng attendance to bars, restaurants, gyms, parties, social gatherings, etc and then it's revealed that they enjoyed these activities why you were forbid. Would love to see equality in this instance!
I wonder if the athletes asking for equality would be happy with equal rotation with all of the players at their position regardless of skillset?

I’m still waiting for an example of systematic racism and inequality in this country. Are there racists people in this country? Yes. Racists are at all corners of the earth. But to say that the USA is systematically racist is the dumbest shite I’ve ever heard. And it’s annoying seeing messages like that everywhere you turn.
