It's not really a toss up. Hitters offer more value than pitchers. The risk on pitchers is too high.

Crews, Skenes, Dollander, and Langford are all considered to be better prospects than the first college players taken in the last three drafts per a recent BA podcast.

They also talked about the Marlins picking at 10 and looking at Hurston Waldrep and Waldrep being a better prospect than the college pitcher the Marlins drafted 3rd overall a couple years ago. This is an insanely deep draft.
