I agree. This has been a surprisingly good season. We knew we had QB problems, and they overcame them for the most part. Just a very frustrating way to end the regular season, but it isn't all JJ's fault. There were critical mistakes at virutally every position it seemed like. If the defense hadn't screwed up at the end of the 1/2, we wouldn't have been in the position we were in in the 2nd half.

But still, a good season and better than expected.

It's not the wins and losses, but the how. I do not like this style of football and I do not like Les Miles. Do you realize, only luck stands between this 10-2 much worse. In the end, this style of football is a looser.

Imagine if we had a QB like Mallett with all of our talent on offense.

Cotton Bowl is. Especially when so many teams are sitting there with 1 loss.

Admit it. You're fine with a top 5 recruiting class losing 2 or more a year. You like mediocrity.

We are fortunate to be 10-2 with this coaching and this QB play.

We are what we are. JJ isn't the best but he wins a lot. Won't win them all in SEC .... See fla, ala, ....

I don't know if anyone would have been satisfied with this season. We expected to lose at least 4 games, but we won 10 (mostly close) games. Sometimes we looked really, really bad, but we still managed to win. I'd rather look bad and win than look bad and lose. If you want mediocre, look at Texas. That isn't us. Compared with what we could have been, I think we're fine. We have a bright future ahead of us.

We wouldn't have reached 10-2 without some decent coaching. Saban is 9-3, with a better QB. Yes, there were some coaching errors, but there were some dumb mistakes by players as well, that aren't entirely the coaches' fault.

So at what point do we cut our loses before Miles and his band do severe damage to the LSU football program?

Again, 10-2 isn't mediocre. You need to get your definitions straight.

We need a coach that can teach basic QB IQ

1. Keep your head in the game
2. Know when throwing the ball away is good
3. When you have no time outs but 2 or more plays left your T.O. is an incomplete pass if you don't have a play

Please, please let Crowton be gone after this year! Please!! I'm biting my tongue right now because I don't want to say something I'll regret.
Please let him be packing his bags.
