I am surprised it is not more.
LSU does not have an impressive win this season where Anderson, Eyanson, or Evans didn't pitch.
That is what has to happen tonight.
Someone on the pitching staff is going to have to step up big time.

Prior to Saturday’s game I got LSU at +265 on Sunday I got Arky at +675.
Betting the over on Arky in Omaha has been like throwing money away.

The juice on college baseball is horrendous

This is pretty wild and quite sobering actually.

Earlier I saw LSU +1.5 at -150. The only way I’d take that would be on a parlay with CCU.

Arkansas’s 2 best starters are unavailable, while LSU’s 2 are probably available, but Arkansas will be a bigger favorite than today. “The books don’t see it that way” haha
Another ranter that doesn't know how books make their lines. Arkansas was (+108) IN BATON ROUGE when Anderson was pitching. Then was (-120) on Saturday outside of Baton Rouge. They're not going to make LSU the favorite in an elimination game especially when Arkansas has been #1-2 in the books power rankings all-season.

No they weren’t it was Arky -125 LSU -110

It is not a given that LSU advances. Winning tonight would be sweet. Arky is a solid club.

Do not expect Eyanson to pitch today. Tomorrow night it would not surprise me to see both Anderson and Eyanson pitch if we had to play tomorrow night but I wouldn't expect him to pitch tonight. Jay is not going to do that.

They were -130 also...but the o/u was 9

Lol...yeah let's burn our two aces Thursday so they won't be available for the finals. Jesus Christ. We are playing to win the hole thing not just get to finals

Arky is a little better than solid. As good if not better talent than us...dont kid yourself

That's what I saw, and sooner or later Arkansas is likely to get a win over LSU. BUT, I'd love a Razorback losing streak

That's national championship odds you stupid frick.
We're discussing today's game odds. Arkansas still has to win 5 games to win the national championship which is why their odds are (+280)
Sit this one out if you don't know anything about sports betting.
According to the sportsbooks, Arkansas is still the better team which is why they opened up Saturday at (-120) and are still the favorite in today's game. They'll likely be the favorite tomorrow if they win tonight, probably (-150)

Pitching Eyanson in a short stint tomorrow night would not burn him for the Finals. It would burn Anderson. But Eyanson would pitch/start game 3 first of all.
Secondly, Jay may elect to not pitch Eyanson but if its a close game there is zero doubt he would go to Eyanson to close it out.
Thirdly, this is irrelevant because the whole point was that Eyanson is not pitching tonight and hopefully we get a good outing out of a few guys and our bats are alive so we don't even need to worry about tomorrow night. But can't get to the Finals if you don't win one of the next two games. Jay has already shown he will use Eyanson to close out a game to move on to the next round.

Arkansas is going to be favorites in both games.
You must be trying to set a record for most incorrect posts in a month. Because boy have you been on a heater talking down to everyone that lsu/arkansas would be a friday game, that last nights game would get rained out, and then this garbage.
Acting like vegas odds dont take pitching into account is a horrible take. Lsu will be favored if it comes to thursday with kade on the mound. Ive watched and bet lines for years. You are just flat out wrong.
Kade vs gaeckle will be somewhere in the range of lsu -120 to lsu -140

Baseball is the most uncertain game ever....can't imagine betting on it.

You don't know Jay very well. If its a one run game late i can see him using Eyanson to try and finish it off. Naturally you don't want to use him but it all hands on deck tonight except Anderson

At Oklahoma on Sunday and Mississippi State at home on Sunday would be the most notable.
I personally think the Oklahoma win was impressive. State a little less so, but still nice.
Neither were on the level of what we will face tonight.
But the pitchers available have all shown flashes against teams of this caliber, we just need several of them to do it all at the same time tonight, or for a couple do sustain it longer than they've had to previously.

I’m not a TZim fan but I think Arkansas would be favored tomorrow as well.
