Beating Auburn, Bama, and Georgia would likely be the best combo of 3 wins in the entire country.
But thanks to the 30 point loss to Miss State, struggling at home with Syracuse then losing to Troy...I still don't think we would make the playoffs unless other P5 conferences end up with 2+ loss champs AND Bama either has a 2nd loss or LSU beats them convincingly. If Bama's only loss is a close game vs LSU then I think they'd get the playoff nod ahead of LSU because of how bad LSU's 2 losses were.

2001 LSU was given no-way a chance to win the SEC Championship versus #2Tennessee... much less appear in, or god forbid, win, The Sugar Bowl.

There will be other 2-loss teams that didn't lose to Troy. Our chances of making the playoffs are essentially nil.

If that scenario happened and we are Alabamans only loss Clemson and us is auburns only loss and we beat Georgia twice. I think the committee might let us in just because of the new coach and o coordinator at the beginning of the year, if we are one of the hottest teams and is really playing well I think we get in

Absolutely would make it. We would have to go through two top5 teams and one top 10 team to make it that far. Also we would have to defeat #1 on their home field. No way that resume dont make it.
