I am so much smater than a fifth grader that I can't watch such a show. However, my penis size and strength is likely in the same ball park.

Something doesn't add up if your max is 365 and you can do about 9 reps of 225. Most I've ever maxed is 325 and I can do 225 16 times. I'm 6'1 175 so when I see these stud athletes who are 220+ and test out poorly, its a pretty good indicator that they are naturally special athletes who just get by without having to work very hard.....I remember hearing Vick's teammates and Vick himself saying that he was always last to get in and first to leave all the workouts and that he never really trained hard. The dude was basically a natural 4.2 40 when he rolled out of bed...mindblowing

There are plenty of people who are strong and can lift weights. Hell, Kevin Durant couldn't put 185 lbs (not 225lbs) at the NBA pre-draft combine and he averages 29ppg.

turns out you have be incredibly athletic with quickness, and eye-hand coordination to be good at football and basketball...something that i imagine 98% of this board lacks.

I'm 37 and in the Navy, but definitely not in as good of shape as a college strong safety, but my chest routine consists of five sets of 225 / 12 times. I have never done burnouts with 225, but I am headed to the gym in an hour. I'll let you know.

I quit doing bench presses yes ago b/c of a lack of spotter, I use dumbells and the smith machine. Might have to start on the bench press. Most I ever Maxed out at was around 315, I guess 225 about 15 times. Put me on the decline I could rep with 315 about 9 times - amazing. Slow white boy, with zero athletic ability. Sort of like rudy. Didn't play college ball, played high school ball was ok. Noone could outwork me, but, when you aren't worth a crap you can only do so much.

Maybe one other person. I can do it and I weigh about 170. I'm not sure the # of reps though. But I'm not even going to try to claim that I can do it 15-20 times like some on here are.

Do all those too, but bench is one of the staple exercises.

I can't.

Did we not find out that there was a mistake and his actual number was 24, tying him for #1 amongst DB's?

don't be too hard on yourself, you haven't benched since you were 6. you'll get better.

I enjoy posting here but do not understand why someone is "calling out" one of the best athletes to ever play at LSU. Also,,,learn how to quote.
