I probably couldn't right now but when I was Chad Jones' age I could get about 12 reps with 225 with no spotter. I probably weighed about 175 at the time.

Jones had to be injured to not do more than 225. I know he hurt his shoulder last year and maybe he had to give up lifting the rest of the season.

not sure I could do 9, but I could get close to that. the problem here is that I weigh 175..chad weighs 220....he should be able to do more than 9.

He'll still be in the NFL and I will never be, so it really doesn't matter.

I for one am a bitch when it comes to strength. I could maybe put up 75 pounds so I am not hiding behind a keyboard.

I was watching the combine coverage when the DBs were on, and when u saw the reps....wow! I can do 225 x 19-20 reps. I'm a slow white boy, but when I saw his drill of running backwards, turning, then sprinting, my slow, stumpy butt coulda beat him.

I hope he's doing some long toss and throwing off the mound on a regular basis.
