If you would’ve told me a few years ago during the miles firing debacle that in a few years, with our D Line coach nonetheless, that we would have
1) Scott Woodward as our AD
2) Most talent returning to the team since 2016
3) coming off of a NY6 bowl win
4) great recruiting class coming in (with 5* at corner, rb, and edge) and currently holding the #1 recruiting class with only 3 out of 13 commits from LA.
5) and a co offensive coordinator (Brady) who looks like he might finally take LSU offense into this decade
I would probably piss my pants. We have a lot to be excited about! WE RIDIN

I've been excited before and been let down. I've learned to temper my expectations and remain cautiously optimistic.

Don't go bringing all of that positivism to the board...it will only confuse and anger our fanbase.

I agree! I felt a little something about last years team when we got Burrow and we did pretty good. I’m feeling lots of something rn. It’s a gonna be a good year baws!

No. Cautious optimism if for years like 2018 when the "experts" say you're going 7-5, but all you see is a loaded roster. In 2019, I'm full blown shite talking to everybody I know who's not a Tiger fan. Best I've felt in the preseason since 2011.

I mean, yeah, it would have been hard to predict that we'd have the best regular season in LSU history and win the SEC. That said, we were consensus preseason top 5. People were definitely expecting big things.

Absolutely a great time to be a Tiger fan.
I love what Coach O is doing.
He did have a miss with OC’s but I think he’s got that fixed too.
And it’s not like he wasn’t trying.
He absolutely wanted to change the offense from day one.
The 2020 class puts us on an equal level with Bama talent wise.
Opening the pipelines in Cal and nationally is groundbreaking.
And we will have QB’s getting in line to come here.
Saban didn’t do it here.
This will be an exciting season, and many more to come.
