I appreciate the gesture. I probably won't take them up on it.

Judging from your screen name I guess you want people to think you have a Masters in Business Administration. But that can't be true because you sound too stupid to have an education

So, let's say that they had played the game starting at 11:59PM --- would you have stayed?

I absolutely would have stayed. I was there until the game was cancelled with my 9 year old and my 4 year old. They wanted to stay they were having fun in the stands and we would have stayed until 4 in the morning if that's when the game would have been played. Like many others, I did not ask for a refund from LSU. They decided to refund the fans because it was the right thing to do. If you have a problem with that and don't have tickets then shut up. If you have a problem with that and do have tickets then donate your money right back to the program. Don't worry about other people's lives worry about your own you fricktard

That's not the point. Season ticket sales help LSU. Loosing this game while not LSUs fault will certainly hurt LSU. I'm not going to hurt LSU.

So I guess LSU should offer 10 homes games and keep the money for those not played.

Look, the issue is that LSU refused to play it the next day. They had n option And chose to screw the fans. For that, they must pay. There were options!

If you buy a ticket to see a movie and the theater gets wiped by a tornado are you going to be one of those people demanding a refund?

Look up the statistics for number of movie cancellations due to tornado versus the number of athletic event cancellations due to weather and let me know whether or not your comparison makes a single bit of sense.

No refund should be necessary. The game was played and ended prematurely due to weather.

LSU should not feel obligated to refund diddly. They will however probably do so anyway in order to satisfy the vocal minority complaining about "the cancelation".

This will piss some off, but those wanting refunds can be likened to SJW.

He has probably posted in this thread about how much we are hurting LSU and will rationalize it by saying he is getting your money

ETA- if he is someone who buys tickets from you regularly just tell him sure and that the next tickets he buys will have all costs included

I guess you need to decide what portion was PP because you don't have to refund that part.

To everyone complaining for a refund:

Look, part of the risk you take by buying tickets to an outdoor event is cancellation due to weather.

If one your kid's soccer/baseball/football games were to get cancelled, would you ask for a refund? "Hey! I paid $200 for my kid to play in this league and one of our ten games was cancelled and I want my $20 back!!"

No because that's stupid. Weather is just part of sports. Stop whining and geaux tigers.
