Yeah Dillion is one of the few slot WRs we have, he's just a redshirt freshman and needs to be utilized on screen/short passes more. He's a playmaker with ball in hands.

Sione will be interesting. The off-field issues continue to hamper him but he is a capable player at least. The risk you run with him leaving is Maea potentially following him which would put us in a bind on the OL.

Gage probably isn't going anywhere.

MJ Patterson is at ILB now and with 2 senior starters there more than likely will likely see it through to next year to see if he can crack a starting spot.

Clark is also a capable player so tough to see him transferring too. We do seem extremely stacked at DE though. Invariably Clark or Sione could be on way out due to depth there alone.

I'll throw Voorhies out there as well because I'm just not sure where he fits in. They keep moving him all over and he cant crack anything (S, OLB, MLB).

Gage just switched to wide receiver and won a few awards for his offseason performance

Newcomer award and coaches award is hardly performance. but glad to see he may stick it out

You have to perform well to win those awards.

What about Derrick Dillon? Haven't heard him mentioned as doing much of anything.

Pretty sure he redshirted. So now we just give up on players after 1 year?

Voorhies is a mystery to me.
So highly thought of out of high school, with plenty of raw talent...

Maea seems to be pretty level-headed so I don't see why he would leave due to his brother's idiotic behavior. Being the starting LT at LSU doesn't get much better. And we'd never let him go to the only team that may have a claim to a slightly loftier position.

I've been out of commission and didn't know that Quinn was transferring. Was there ever any word on why he couldn't get on the field?

I never heard anything definite but it seems like he has a skill set that didn't fit in our offense, primarily a run first offense.

I'm glad he wanted to go to and did in fact go to LSU.
