And you know this how?
It's been reported on the premium boards the coaches have had meetings with each player on their status here and how much NIL they will get next season.

Heard Moscona say we're ranked #136 in the country in rushing. None of the OL can run block to save their life. Adams and Curne are the only 2 I'd take back at a reduced cost.

Correct and it was utterly retarded to put him at tackle against A&M where he was overmatched immediately

Chasing money?
These guys? My guess is processed.

When they meet with a player does that mean they have had time to go back and watch video of each player? How do they evaluate a player before having that one on one with them?

There's are tons and tons of people helping to evaluate every player, there's also a bunch of advanced data (PFF for example) out there that exists to help form opinions on players.

After that Zero for O performance, they were asked to return NIL funds.

I fail to see how the various members of the worst OL in LSU history are deluded enough to think that some other school is going to pay them a lot of money to play. So what’s up?
Other schools know talent and potential was not close to the biggest issue.

Probably a few contributing factors
1) their position coach wasn’t retained
2) looking for NIL money
3) Lane and crew saw the shitty OL play and may feel it’s better to start completely over.
I think it’s one of these, combination of those or all of the above.

If nothing changes, Its just a matter of time before every player will hit the portal every year and essentially all be free agents every year. What a circus that will be.

I hope they all get huge Portal money from SEC teams on our schedule.
That would be a huge bonus for LSU.
This was the worst Oline in LSU history, and I go back as a Tiger fan for 8 decades.

I think it’s because of Brian Kelly.
While at ND he was known for sending OL to the pros (and DT & TE). I’m sure he used that as a huge point in his recruiting pitch- probably the most important.
Since he’s now gone, the players are looking at the best options to set themselves up for a pro career.

Spend all season cursing OL
Wonder why they're leaving after the season when coach gets fired and new one is hired

Dk why they would won’t Curne to stay. He is the dumbest of the them all and most penalized. He can’t learn the playbook and does nothing but smoke weed while entertaining his toddler who visits his dorm.
We have to have O lineman with some brain. Size can’t hide that your a dumbass at this level.

some guys are probably looking at reduced NIL money,
I think it's mostly this, and it probably was all of them. You don't come in as a 5*, not develop, not be be the best player on an absolutely awful OL and expect to make the same money. It's the real world now, sort of. There are consequences.

LSU is paying them to leave

Is Lane telling them to leave? Without having their replacements lined up?
I'm going with yes.
Every single one of them has lower PFF scores than almost half the offensive linemen in the nation.

They know the jig is up. They are leaving before they are forced out. Worst position group ever.

It’s just business. You’re being paid x amount and produced y (shite in terms of the o line). We as the new staff think you’re evaluated/worth less based on product. Take a pay cut and stay or leave and see your options (including LSU once they weigh their own options)
